📦 Order Processing & Shipping Information

All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipping.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.


đźšš Shipping Timelines

Within the United States
We ship via USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 15–20 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and distance from our nearest fulfillment center.

⏳ Occasional delays may occur due to customs, extreme weather, high seasonal volume, or global shipping disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can also check the latest status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to cancel or update your shipping address?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at entilea@gmail.com and use the appropriate subject line:

  • Subject: CANCEL MY ORDER

  • Subject: ADDRESS CHANGE

⚠️ After your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.


🚪 Missed Deliveries

Most carriers will make up to two delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful, your package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost as soon as possible.
